How to Request a Quote

Please follow the instructions below for obtaining a quote for a custom order.

Fill in the personal details section giving your name and contact details.
Please supply a required date and occasion type if applicable.
Choose the type of metal findings (eg clasp, jump rings etc) you want the piece made with. You have 4 choices – Silver or Gold plated metal, Sterling Silver or 14k Gold Filled.
If you are working to a Budget (eg. planning a Wedding) you may wish to fill this field in. It is not required but will assist us in choosing suitable designs for you. Please enter the amount you wish to spend on the whole order.
In the Requirements box please give as much detail as possible. Helpful information will include:

Type of piece or pieces to be made and the number required (eg. if for a wedding party)
Colour Choice – you can start with a broad colour choice such as pink (which can be narrowed down when a definite design and beads are chosen) or if Swarovski Crystals / Pearls are your beads of choice click on the Colour Chart link below and choose from their extensive colour range. If you are trying to match a design to a garment email us a picture of the garment or fabric swatch, we can then source the correct colour beads
Finished length – only an approximate measurement is required. This figure may be adjusted slightly when design is complete
Describe the best you can the design you have in mind. If you have seen a piece on our site that would suit with some alteration include the style code, name and the changes you would like. You may wish to send a follow up email (info@chelledesigns.com.au) with a picture of a design you like attached.
When the quote application is complete click the Submit button
