Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD). Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Chelle Designs Jewellery. Chelle Designs Jewellery is not registered for GST and therefore prices do not include GST. 

Ordering

Orders may be placed directly via our website or via e-mail info@chelledesigns.com.au. If ordering via e-mail please include: item style code and name, number of pieces required, colour choice, preferred payment method and contact details including postal address and phone number in case we need to contact you regarding your order.

We accept Credit card payments via PayPal, cash, cheque and money orders.  Please note goods paid for by cheque or money order will not be shipped or delivered until payment has cleared.

All payments must be made in Australian Dollars ($AUD)

Chelle Designs Jewellery reserves the right to cancel an order at any time.

Shipping

Standard orders will be processed within 3 working days after verification of payment is made. Made to order purchases will require 2 – 6 weeks for delivery depending on the type and size of order. For these orders you will be contacted with a defined delivery date.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Domestic orders will be shipped via registered mail for tracking and insurances purposes - allow 7 days for delivery. International orders will be sent Air Mail including insurance - allow 14 days for delivery.

Shipping costs include insurance up to $200 (AUD). For large orders extended insurance is available for an extra charge. Please contact us for details.

Express delivery is available (and may incur additional costs). Please contact us if you require this service. Note: Insurance is not available on domestic Express Post.

# An additional handling fee of $2.50 (AUD) is added to the shipping cost on all orders processed.

Privacy

All personal information submitted to Chelle Designs Jewellery is kept confidential and is used solely for the purpose of completing a transaction.  No information is sold to or shared with any other organization or persons.

Returns and Repairs

Returns:

Chelle Designs Jewellery makes every effort to display the jewellery on this website as accurately as possible. However, colours may differ slightly to how they appear on screen and measurements given are approximates only and should only be used as a guide.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact us via e-mail (info@chelledesigns.com.au) within 3 days of receipt requesting a refund.  The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt in original packaging and accompanied by the sales invoice. We suggest you return the item using registered mail, as we will not accept a return that is lost or damaged in transit.  You will be refunded the cost of the item excluding any shipping and processing charges.  Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earring purchases.

Repairs:

Should your piece of jewellery be in need of repair please e-mail us at info@chelledesigns.com.au with details of the repair required. Repairs may incur a charge and you will be notified before beginning the repair of any applicable costs and a completion date.  We suggest you return the item for repair using registered mail to avoid loss or further damage.  Return of the item to Chelle Designs Jewellery for repair is at the customer’s expense.
